Syntactics Inc. Hosts Digital Influencer Boot Camp – CDO

July 29, 2013 – Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines – One of the trusted SEO companies in the Philippines – Syntactics Inc. – hosted the DigitalFilipino Digital Influencer Boot Camp last July 27, 2013 at Syntactics Inc.’s Office.



As the only Digital Filipino Member in Cagayan de Oro City, Syntactics Inc. Took helpws prepare and host the event to give Cagayan de Oro City establishments, professionals, bloggers and SEO Enthusiasts the chance to learn from no less than Ms. Janette Toral herself. The turnout was indeed successful as 40 participants registered for the said event. According to Ms. Toral’s post on Facebook, this is so far the largest number of participants for a Digital Influencer Bootcamp to date!



The Digital Influencer Boot Camp talked about “how to do digital marketing online effectively.” It tackled topics such as:
● How to create your online presence in an effective way
● The Digital Marketing Policies
● How to do Search Engine Marketing – the right way
● Email and newsletter Marketing
● Social Media Marketing



The speaker for this Digital Influencer Bootcamp was MS. JANETTE TORAL – the owner of DigitalFilipino.com, and  e-commerce and social media specialist. She is also known as the “Mother of E-Commerce Law in the Philippines,” and founded the Philippine Internet Commerce Society in 1997.


Ms. Toral  shared hands-on knowledge about Digital Marketing to the participants, including tips based on her own experience on how to sell your business like hotcakes online through some examples of successful campaigns.


Ms. Toral also spoke about the right way to create a user-friendly website that would hold the visitors’ attention and convert them to customers. She shared  best SEO practices that can really help boost the website’s ranking and  some SEO tools that help a website go viral over the Internet and how to do the correct email marketing. Lastly, she  discussed how to handle crisis and do reputation management if a problem occurs.



“Because of this turnout, we are more eager to host more bootcamps and training here in Cagayan de Oro. We will be more than happy to find ways to share our knowledge and passion with the community. Of course, we would have not accomplished this also if it were not for the committee, the entire Syntactics family and of course for our participants” said Ms. Stephanie Caragos, President and CEO of Syntactics.
